The artist's name was included in catalogue «The Golden Fund of the Nation» (2011), published by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, and in «100 Personalities of Ukraine» as a person who made a significant contribution to the Ukrainian and world painting.

The sea, the sun, the sky and the rocks, the charming unique nature of the Crimea, the ancient streets and sights of its cities ... Boats, fishermen and seagulls ... These are the main sources of inspiration for Vladimir Kuts. His paintings are akin to blank verses by their texture - they are emotional, impetuous and expressive, and at the same time they are not devoid of harmony and inner rhythm.
