RINAT KURAMSHIN 

COLLECTION OF  PRINTS AND ENGRAVINGS
ON CLASSICAL DANCE

 

The paintings dedicated to theatre, music, ballet and classical dance were created by  Rinat Kuramshin, a Russian-British artist, an Honorary Member of the Russian Academy of Arts. The artist for his whole life has been paying a special attention to theatre and ballet. He dedicated many paintings to Sergey Diaghilev’s Ballets Russes.  Has pictures created by the author during the second half of the ХХ century (1970-90’s). 

To complete this work, the artist cooperated with musicians, choreographers, opera singers and ballet dancers who worked on the greatest theatrical stages of Great Britain, France, Italy, Russia and other European countries.

Rinat Kuramshin’s art pieces were exhibited in many countries and were highly appreciated by international experts, art critics, collectors, museum experts and connoisseurs of theatre, music and arts. The interest expressed by the public from different countries to Rinat Kuramshin’s works testifies to artistic value of his art for Russian and global culture, and places his paintings among outstanding art pieces of the ХХ century dedicated to theatre, music, opera and ballet.

The Museum of the Ethnography, Culture and Art Association has the honour to show you a collection of prints and engravings created by Rinat Kuramshin, a Russian-British artist, a Honorary Member of the Russian Academy of Arts. The artists’ paintings take part in charity programmes organized by the Ethnography, Culture and Art Association.
